Day two of my juice cleanse/fast/reboot:
Mood: moody and Tiffany is staying away lol I want to chew so bad urgh!
First thing I do is drink a hot drink made of ginger and lemon of water. This is a great way to begin your morning as it cleanses the intestines.
Breakfast is a protein juice made with strawberries ISOPURE protein powder, unsweetened almond milk after my session with Randy.
Lunch is a orange, carrot, apple, lemon, celery, beet juice.
Snack is a spinach apple carrot cucumber lemon juice.
To stimulate my lymphatic system, I will use the method of body brushing followed by a hot shower.
The rest of the day I will have between 3 more juices that will take the place of any snacks and dinner.
I will end my day with a cup of a nice herbal tea .
Today I will be out most of the day so I have to pack up my juices to go with me. Planning makes you Successful in this fast.
